Summer Internship Opportunity – Monday 21st July – Friday 25th July

Are you interested in a career in Hedge Fund Management or would you like to learn more about the sector?

“A hedge fund is a large pool of money that is gathered from people or companies who have a lot of money that they want to invest.

They give this money to specialists, i.e., hedge fund managers, who invest the money into a wide range of things such as stocks and shares and government bonds, in the hope of producing more money.

Hedge funds take more risks compared to other investment firms. You can make much bigger gains than you would if you were to just leave your money in a savings account at the bank, but you can also make big losses.” Pharo Management

The Pharo Summer Internship Program is designed with the intention of providing a comprehensive understanding of the multifaceted departments within a hedge fund, promising to be both informative and enriching for attendees.

Programme Details:

• Dates: 21st – 25th July
• Time: 12:30pm – 6:30pm
• Location: Knightsbridge, London
• Additional Information: Laptops will be provided to any students who require one. Lunch and light refreshments will be available each day, and transport costs will be covered.

Eligibility Requirements:

• This opportunity is available to students at Christ’s School, Cardinal Vaughan Memorial School, Fulham Boys School Hammersmith Academy and Sacred Heart High School.
• Students must be aged 16+
• Students must have predicted/obtained grades of B and above at A Level.
