This Black History Month the West London Partnership is inviting students to submit a piece of writing to be published in the WLP Termly newsletter and the WLP website!
This year’s BHM theme is “Reclaiming Narratives” which is a commitment to correcting historical inaccuracies and showcasing the untold success stories and the full complexity of Black heritage. You may interpret the theme in any way you wish and submit an article, poem, story, recipe or interview which reclaims the narrative of an individual or event.
Submissions will be judged by a panel of WLP teachers. The best entries will feature on the WLP website in November and feature in the Spring edition of the WLP Termly Newsletter!
Submissions should be no longer than 400 words.
